1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.

  • Delivery time depends on the warehouse location:

    • from international warehouses: 7–21 business days,

    • from local warehouses (if available): 2–7 business days.

  • In exceptional cases (e.g. stock shortages), processing may take longer.

2. Shipping Regions

We ship to the following regions:

  • United Kingdom.

3. Shipping Costs

  • All orders are shipped with free delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

  • Please note that any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges related to customs clearance are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Tracking Information

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • The shipment status can be tracked directly on the carrier’s website.

5. Possible Delays

  • Delivery times may be extended during peak periods (holidays, sales, extraordinary circumstances).

  • Additional delays may occur due to customs clearance or logistical restrictions.

6. Undeliverable Packages and Incorrect Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • If the address is incorrect or the package is not collected, the costs of re-shipment will be charged to the customer.

  • If the package is returned to our warehouse , we will contact the customer to arrange further steps.
